Caroline is an experienced Integrative Counsellor and accredited Play and Creative Arts Therapist, supporting clients of all ages. Her approach is grounded in the belief that a safe, trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship is central to creating meaningful change and promoting emotional well-being.

Caroline is passionate about helping children, young people and adults navigate emotional, behavioural and relational difficulties. She has extensive experience working with children who present with complex emotional and behavioural needs and has a particular interest in early intervention and supporting individuals to overcome difficulties that may be impacting their overall well-being. Her integrative approach allows her to tailor therapy to the individual needs, experiences and circumstances of each client.

In addition to working directly with children, young people and adults, Caroline has extensive experience supporting and advising parents, carers, professionals and community-based groups and organisations. She has been supporting children and families since 2014.

As a member of Play Therapy Ireland, Caroline adheres to strict codes of practice, including clinical supervision, continuing professional development and clinical governance, as well as Ireland’s child protection guidelines, Children First. Caroline is a member of the Register of Play and Creative Arts Therapists, an Accredited Register accredited and regulated by the UK government Professional Standards Authority, which aims to improve standards and safety in therapy provision.

Caroline is also a Registered Member of BACP. The BACP Register is a public record of counsellors and psychotherapists who meet or exceed the recommended minimum quality standards. These standards cover training, supervision, continuing professional development and a contractual commitment to BACP's Ethical Framework.
